Is the review fee refundable if I am denied?
No. It pays for administrative onboarding and evaluation, not guaranteed approval, and is non-refundable.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge.
What happens after cancellation?
Paid benefits end according to Square's subscription status. Family accounts return to Family Basic instead of disappearing.
What if a payment fails?
RoosterBib marks the membership past due, shows the issue in the dashboard, and does not treat the account as fully paid until Square confirms recovery.
